Join us for an enjoyable afternoon of wine, bbq and country music by Mike Vaughn! You will receive two glasses of Natalie’s Estate wine and yummy picnic foods too. Additional wines will be available for purchase.

A little bit about Mike Vaughn. He is a gifted songwriter and singer known for his soulful performances and exclusive appearances. With a unique blend of heartfelt lyrics and captivating melodies, his music resonates deeply with every audience. If you like the music of Chris Stapleton, Blake Shelton, John Prine or Morgan Wallen you will enjoy an afternoon spent listening to Mike Vaughn
The concert will be held below the barn if weather permits.
Please dress casually – No high heels and bring your own chairs and blanket please!

Join us for a hands-on Spanish Tapas Cooking Class taught by Chef Amy Civica perfectly paired with wine tasting hosted by Boyd Teegarden, owner and winemaker of Natalie’s Estate Winery. Discover the bold flavors and festive spirit of Spain as we guide you through the art of creating classic tapas—from sizzling Gambas al Ajillo to savory Patatas Bravas and more!

Gambas al Ajillo, or Spanish garlic shrimp, is popular for good reason! Juicy shrimp, swimming in tasty olive oil and garlic sauce. It is bright, garlicky, spicy, and rich in the best way possible. Complete with crusty bread!

Paired with 2023 Natalie’s Estate Chardonnay

Chorizo-Filled Dates Wrapped in Bacon

Filled with chorizo, wrapped in bacon, and roasted to perfection, these mouthwatering bites are perfect for gatherings or game-day snacking.

Paired with 2022 Natalie’s Estate Syrah

(Fried Potatoes) Papas Bravas with Smoky Aioli

A classic Spanish tapa dish consisting of fried potatoes served with a spicy tomato-based sauce, often alongside a dollop of smoky paprika aioli.

Paired with 2023 Natalie’s Estate, Estate Pinot Noir

Baby Back Ribs (Pinchos) with Sherry and Honey Glaze

These ribs are named after Spanish snacks known as pinchos. Ribs are rubbed with a smoked-paprika spice blend lacquered with a sherry-spiked glaze.

Paired with 2022 Natalie’s Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

On this night you have a choice of two seatings – either beginning at 5 pm or 7:30 pm.
Chef Dario Pisoni will make his fabulous Italian cuisine from scratch & pair the courses with wonderful wines handcrafted by Boyd Teegarden.
