Often the most delicious things are simple and done well. Come cook with Chef Zach Goldman, to learn to make four pasta dishes, found in every trattoria in Rome: Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, Alla Grecia, and Amatriaciana.
We love these pastas because they take minutes to prepare, and you may have everything you need in the fridge to cook them already! After you learn them with us, they will be a part of your repertoire forever.
Expect generous samples, with salad and a light dessert. A detailed demonstration, some hands on cooking, and plenty of wine. Of course you’ll go home with recipes too.”

French Bistro Classics: The French are known for being masters of culinary technique and taste (and wine). These bistro classics are essentials in any repertoire, and include methods every cook should master for better cooking overall. Expect some hands on cooking, some demonstration, a complete meal, and lots of Natalie’s Estate wines to pair! From humble roots, to the history books, these mainstay dishes are famously elevated because they are simple, perfect, and delicious.

Chef Dario Pisoni will make his fabulous Italian cuisine from scratch. Each course will feature truffles from Piedmont, Italy paired the with wonderful wines of Natalie’s Estate handcrafted by Boyd Teegarden.
